1. Consultation Services
(Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Prashna Kundali)
a. No Refund After Consultation
Once a consultation (online, phone, video, or in-person) has been completed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Our services are time-based and knowledge-based and cannot be reversed once delivered.
b. Refund Before Consultation
You may request cancellation before your scheduled consultation time:

100% refund if canceled within 2 hours of booking

50% refund if canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment

No refund if canceled within 12 hours of the consultation
This is because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
c. Rescheduling Policy

One-time free rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 6 hours before the appointment

If you miss the appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or reschedule will be provided
2. Customized Reports & Personalized Services
(Birth Charts, Numerology Reports, Name Correction, etc.)
These services require customized calculations and preparation. Therefore:

No refund once work has started or the report has been created

If cancellation is requested before work begins, a 50% refund may be granted at our discretion
3. Spiritual Shop Products
a. Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

You provide clear photos or unboxing video as proof
b. Not Eligible for Refund
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

c. Replacement First Policy
Where possible, we will attempt to provide a replacement first.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per this policy.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
Any transaction or gateway fees charged by Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI, or other payment partners are non-refundable, even if a booking or order is canceled.
