1. Consultation Services (Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Prashna Kundali)
a. No Refund After Consultation
Once a consultation (online/phone/video/in-person) is completed,
no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Our services include time-based and knowledge-based work, which cannot be reversed.
b. Refund Before Consultation
You may request cancellation before your scheduled consultation time.
- 100% refund if canceled within 2 hours of booking.
- 50% refund if canceled at least 12 hours before the appointment.
- No refund if canceled within 12 hours of the session.
This is because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
c. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed one time for free, provided you request it at least 6 hours before the appointment.
If you miss the appointment without informing us,
the booking will be considered completed, and no refund/reschedule will be provided.
2. Customized Reports / Birth Chart / Numerology Reports
These services require personalized calculations and preparation.
Therefore:
- No refund once the report is created or work has started.
- If you cancel before work begins, a 50% refund may be granted.
3. Spiritual Shop Products (If Applicable)
a. Eligible for Return/Refund
Refunds or replacements will be allowed only if:
- The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- You provide clear photos/video as proof
b. Not Eligible
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Used products
- Damaged items due to customer handling
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during offers/discounts
c. Replacement Only
Where possible, we will first try to replace the product.
If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
Any gateway/transaction fee deducted by Razorpay or other payment partners
is non-refundable, even if the order is canceled.
